Baking Basics

Baking is so fun and interesting, if you get into it seriously you have no limits. Many of you think it is hard but actually in my opinion if you try to understand science behind the baking instead of  just recipe I bet you will never fail.


When I look back to my journey I am really happy and satisfied with all my failures in baking with my sister and that made me learn more from my mistakes. If I am not wrong I started assisting my sister in baking when I was school going kid and slowly I started developing interest in baking and I grew up seeing my mother who cooks everything at home from chinese to pizza from whom I got that passion to cook and bake everything at home and keep learning.
